Early adopter of the OpenAI API in February 2023. Designed and built a production AI integration that transformed years of manual content work into hours of automated generation.
Designed, built, and operated private AI infrastructure that generated rich, differentiated content for 6.9 million products in 95 days, running continuously at production scale.
Designed and built a hybrid vector-search and LLM classification system for roughly 300,000 products. Results were independently reviewed, approved by the responsible contracting authority, and deployed to production.
Took over a critical government software program during a leadership crisis, maintained the next scheduled delivery, resolved a critical performance issue, and rebuilt customer confidence.
Architected and operated a multi-system industrial procurement platform supporting more than four million products.
